Plutonapps is an AI-native product engineering company: the engineering layer between AI and production. You prompt your ideas in Lovable; Plutonapps engineers turn them into secure, tested, production-ready software. Real engineers do the work; nothing is autonomous. A subscription, not developer hours. You own the code, data and infrastructure.
Our story
We grew by learning how to change without losing our standards.
We started in 2018 as a traditional software company. Like the rest of the industry, we wrote every line of code by hand and measured ambitious products in months, not weeks.
That foundation still matters. It taught us how systems behave under pressure, why details compound and what quality requires when software becomes important to people.
Today, we are 36 people who have built 26 applications. We have kept the engineering judgment we developed over years while changing the way the work itself gets done.

The 2026 shift
The tools changed. We changed with them.
In 2018, building serious software took 180 days of painstaking manual code. For eight years that is exactly how we did it, line by line.
In 2026, AI changed the rules of speed. We did not resist it. We mastered it, and rebuilt the entire company around it in a single year.
Today our customers get in under 40 working days what used to take half a year. But speed without engineering discipline is dangerous. We are the discipline.

Our reach includes some of the brightest minds in their fields.
For the most challenging work, we collaborate with research laboratories and universities including Jadavpur University, IISER Pune, IIT Bombay and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. These relationships give our teams access to deep specialist thinking when a problem goes beyond familiar answers.

When something better arrives, we adopt it the same month, not the next financial year. No committees, no layers of process between a good idea and the work.

Quality and security
Standards that hold up under serious scrutiny.
We build each product to the rules it falls under (Ripply, for example, is built to GDPR) and treat quality and security as operating disciplines, not claims.
Pitch40, an investment platform we built, was approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.
That approval applies to Pitch40 itself. For us, it remains a meaningful external test of the quality and security standards behind our work.
